As Lead Workshop Artist, I have been responsible for:

  • developing the project idea and approach

  • communicating about the project with the target groups

  • creating a safe space for open discussion and ideas testing

  • encouraging and celebrating creativity

  • guiding the self-led production of individual artworks and the production of a larger collaborative piece
