As Lead Workshop Artist, I have been responsible for:

  • developing the project idea and approach in collaboration with the group

  • pinpointing key themes, ideas and desires and developing a plan to develop these

  • creating a safe space for open discussion and ideas testing

  • encouraging and celebrating creativity

  • guiding the self-led production of individual artworks and the production of a larger collaborative piece

  • creating an e-zine (with the potential for print) to recount and celebrate the process and the final piece
