A series of 3 triptychs celebrating local history are displayed across Inverclyde’s train stations, bringing together oral and anecdotal histories, from past and current local residents with archival photographs.

Rebecca and Rhia worked to gather personal histories in-person at RIG Art’s existing art workshops, and online via digital response forms. They then spent days scouring local online archives to sources images which matched the stand-out stories.

An online map, also produced by Rebecca and Rhia, plotting the stories to their locations accompanies the work.
